These times they are a changin

Humans innately resist change. But Covid-19 left us without the choice to accept the change or not. We are all, individually and collectively different people to who we were 6 weeks ago. A closing of one chapter and the start of something new.
I stumbled upon a podcast a fortnight ago (ARTJUICE - seek it out if you wish) and in that particular episode it talked about marking this time. #markthistime
So much has happened in the past couple of months. Sizeable shifts to how we live, both our work and play. And this has required sizeable shifts to our energy. Much of the early weeks were about throwing your energy at the immediate 'must dos' with very little to spare. But as the weeks have moved on, and we start to think about what lies ahead (albeit without any clarity or certainty) we can and must start putting our energy to what we can make of this experience and experiences yet to come.
It's anyone's guess what this will look like. Here's to new directions and new things to come. To working smarter, being creative problem solvers and to taking time to make our mark.

“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” ― Lao Tzu
