Beneath the Surface

As well as being a brand and design consultant, I'm a creativity workshop facilitator and painter. I use these creative outlets to explore the dynamics of relationships with others, self, and the environment around me.
This June, my paintings will be on show at Zimmerman Gallery, Main Street, Palmerston North. This solo exhibition is titled Beneath the Surface, with works that explore what lies below. An uncovering of truth, a challenge to status quo and a discovery of symbiotic inner workings.
What began as a response to coral degradation and destruction, has translated into a series of poetically rendered abstract works that present botanical forms in calming choreography and a celebration of light and life. A painterly expose of hidden worlds and micro-climates, of man’s impact and of hope for new direction.
If you are in the Manawatu region this June, the gallery is open Thurs-Sun, 10am-3pm. The show opens on June 4th and runs for the month.
During June you'll also be able to view the works on the Zimmerman Gallery website.
Titles, sizes and pricing will all be available from Bronwyn at the Gallery.
And if you like my work, but not these paintings specifically, then please message me to talk about a commission that meets your brief.
Enjoy!
